UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

Develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UX/UI designs for websites, mobile apps, and enterprise solutions, considering the requirements and desires of the end client.
Collaborate with the development team, project managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Gather and analyze user requirements and incorporate their preferences into the design process.
Prepare and present portfolios to the end client to provide visual context and explain each project.
Create high-quality prototypes and mockups that clearly demonstrate design solutions and interface interactions to the end client.
Develop visual designs, including color schemes, fonts, graphical elements, and icons that align with the brand and client needs.
Test and optimize UX/UI designs based on feedback from the end client and their users.
Maintain and update existing design elements and templates, ensuring they align with brand standards and updates.
Stay current with UX/UI design trends and incorporate them into work, adapting designs to changing client needs and expectations.
Ensure high quality and timely delivery of tasks within project timelines, considering the end client’s requirements.
Prepare internal designs.

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or others.
Knowledge of user experience design principles and the ability to apply them in practice.
Effective teamwork and communication skills with other stakeholders.
Analytical thinking and the ability to adapt designs to various user needs.
Desire for continuous improvement and learning new technologies.
