Responsibilities

  • Creation of compelling commercial proposals for the clients, outlining value/benefits, scope, timeline, and pricing.
  • Communication at the level of company owners/directors, designers and programmers.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Dealing with customer requests, conducting presentations of the company’s services.
  • Optionally, suggest changes and develop marketing plans when needed.
  • Build and manage the customer’s database.
  • Monitoring and researching the software development industry, market trends, and competitors to stay up to date with industry developments.
  • Direct search for new clients on the territory of Ukraine and abroad.
  • Create proposals and negotiate with potential clients.
  • Сonduct high-level conversations with prospects by understanding their needs and articulating value propositions.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
  • Work with sales tools (CRM, spreadsheets etc.).
  • Know English to write emails or have calls with the clients.
  • Close monthly KPIs.
