About the project

Spraga is a Ukrainian producer of fermented probiotic drinks that quickly became a leader in the Ukrainian market.

A client asked us to update their website to better showcase the company and its products. The next step was to transform the website into an online store for selling Spraga products.

Thanks to a well-thought-out UX design and optimized process for choosing and buying products, we significantly increased our website’s purchase conversion. The high-quality and modern UI design encouraged users to spend more time on the site, leading to fewer rejections and an increase in average interaction time with the site.

Project roadmap

To develop the client’s idea, we had to divide it into the next steps:

Client Briefing
User research
Competitor analysis

We conducted a detailed interview with the manager and marketing director. This gave us a better understanding of the company’s business goals, mission, and vision, which helped us create a high-quality and thoughtful design.

The next step involved conducting user research to better understand their needs, desires, and problems.

In our research, we engaged 13 participants in deep interviews. This allowed us to gather a significant amount of insights that we used in the website development process.

Competitor analysis allowed us to identify competitive advantages that are crucial for users when making purchasing decisions.

Additionally, we developed more effective strategies for interacting with users, particularly through social media and blogging.

Information Architecture

Developing IA (Information Architecture) is crucial for creating easy and convenient navigation that helps users find products without unnecessary complications. Testing showed how easily users can find the information they need on the website. This allowed us to identify navigation and content organization issues, leading to increased purchases and reduced bounce rates.

User Flow

Building a user flow helps optimize how users interact with the product, ensuring a convenient user experience.

Wireframes creating and testing

Wireframes help focus on functionality and user interaction without being distracted by visual elements like colors or fonts. This allowed us to effectively address structural and UX issues as a priority.

Testing usability early on allows us to identify and fix issues with navigation, interface logic, and the placement and functionality of elements before graphic design and development are completed. We focused on testing key flows such as product search and checkout process.

Development of the user interface

To create a stunning website design, we conducted an in-depth research of the brand and its values. This helped us determine the overall mood and message that the website design should convey.

Analytics

Web analytics is important because it allows us to better understand user behavior, optimize conversions, and analyze and adjust marketing campaigns. The analytics process is continuous, and we constantly increase the conversion rate of the store, bringing additional profit to the client’s business.

Customer review

We consider our experience working with you as an example of collaboration with a team of professionals who excel at their job.
We have always valued your recommendations because you offer not just comments, but substantial arguments.
Thank you for restoring our faith in finding a great business partner whose work brings satisfaction!
